Fredericksburg - Fallen / Heroes / 501(3)(c)Non-Profit FFH theme

About Us.

Fredericksburg Fallen Heroes is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports our Veterans and First Responders in the Fredericksburg, Va and surrounding areas.

The organization started in 2016 with a small group of individuals that had the desire to make a difference in Veterans and First Responders lives. The original idea behind the organization was to provide support to the Wreaths Across America program in the Fredericksburg, Va. area. The current president, Leisa Billington of the organization has been the local coordinator for the WAA program for over 8 years, but in the beginning years this program required a community to step up to make the program work in the Fredericksburg area. The non profit organization was a huge stepping stone to allow the officers to educate the public about the WAA program and as the years passed, more community involvement began to surface. The local program that is held at the Oak Hill cemetery every December has grown to approximately 800 people.

Honoring the sacrifices many have made for our country in the name of freedom.

After 6 years this organization has grown and become a welcomed name in the local area. The goals are quite simple, assist our local Veterans and First Responders, whether it is monetarily or through the labor of the hard works this organization can provide. Making a difference in your community provides hope that when times are difficult there is help to be found.
